Our building, the ol' T-Cube, hosts regularly occurring meetup events for the residents and advertises them on a flyer in the lobby. One such event is Movie Time and it occurs one Saturday per month at 10 am. That's not a typo. Movie time at 10 am. The odd timing of this event would lead one to believe that the target market is the few families in the building, none of whom have children over the age of 6. Here's what they've viewed so far:
